Step 1 - Fill out our 'Mortgage Quote Sheet'.
The note funding process is very straightforward. NMFS will supply a 'Mortgage Quote Sheet' to the client to be completed, then we forward this data to our 'Home Office' for review.

Step 2 - Acceptance of 'Note Offer and Submittion of Documents'.
Upon your acceptance of the note offering, and information about your mortgage, you can expect to receive your funds in 2 to 3 weeks; 3 to 4 weeks for business transactions, pending approval.
